Learn about our winged chain link privacy fence slats Increased Privacy With Winged Chain Link Fence Slats These self-locking double-wall fence slats (no locking channels needed) combine the proven quality and durability of our standard slats with unique “wings” for extra screening and security. These winged chain link fence slats are serrated to help with ease of installation and add locking power. They also provide increased privacy to your chain link fence. This uniquely styled, patented winged slat can be purchased by the bag or pre-inserted into the chain link mesh during the production process at our factory. If you or a client wants privacy fencing , these chain-link winged slats are the way to go because of their self-locking wings and increased security. Plus, if you buy them pre-inserted, the chain link fence is all you have to install. It doesn’t get easier or quicker than that and will save you time and money on the cost of labor! General Features and Specifications: Design – Includes a rigid, flat tubular body with inside “legs” for extra support. These flexible and resilient wing portions are positioned on each side of the slat body. Serrations are added to the wings for easier installation and locking power. Installation – Insert the winged slats vertically into the chain link fence from top to bottom. No tools are necessary. The serrated wings grip the knuckles of the wire mesh, securing the slat in place. (no locking channels needed) Standard Chain Link Fence Heights – 4 ft., 5 ft., 6 ft., 7 ft., and 8 ft. For heights exceeding 7 feet, we recommend using (2) two half sizes (i.e. for 10-foot fence use two 5 foot slats) (Special heights available upon request)
