Scoop Slide with 1 Top and 1 Bottom - Residential Grade

This product is intended for residential purposes only. Our scoop slide is made of high-quality rotational molded polyethylene and can easily be shipped to your door via UPS. The slide entrance is a comfortable 17.5” x 23.5” x 12.5” and weighs just 9 lbs, while the exit section is 30” x 24” x 12.5” and weighs 13 lbs. You ll enjoy a safe and smooth ride thanks to the 7 high elevated exit. Plus, if you need an even longer slide, our ScinsR inserts can be added to create an 8-18 foot long slide. It s important to note that for deck heights greater than 10 , the slide should only be installed on a hillside. With proper care, this slide should last up to 5 years, even in optimal conditions. However, harsh weather or heavy use may require earlier replacement. Our slide is sturdy enough to hold up to 300 lbs, so both kids and adults can enjoy the fun! Due to the thermo dynamics and lower heat transfer properties of plastics, plastic slides are preferred over metal slides for play equipment. Although plastic slides may become as hot as metal, they insulate better and don’t transfer the heat as quickly. Because of these properties, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) recommends plastic slides and plastic surfaces over bare metal. Regardless of lower heat transfer properties, plastic play equipment can still become hot enough ‐‐ in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight ‐‐ to cause burns. Plastic slides are safe, tried and true, but as is the case with all playground equipment, parents and supervisors must monitor the children in their care, make certain that the equipment is appropriate for their age, and always check playground surfaces for excessive heat before allowing children to play.
